Abstract

La invención se refiere al enfriamiento de material vaciado caliente, especialmente clínker de cemento, material mineral o similar en un enfriador de parrilla, sobre cuya cara de parrilla se transporta el material vaciado para atravesar por una corriente de gas de enfriamiento. Para lograr un alto grado de enfriamiento con una área de parrilla relativamente baja, se retira hacia abajo, durante el camino de transporte del material vaciado por delante de la salida del enfriador, por lo menos una cantidad parcial de material vaciado procedente de la capa de material vaciado total, en virtud de la fuerza de gravedad.
