Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent granular powder from adhering to the inner wall surface of a transport pipe by transporting cleaning particles having large hardness together with granular powder in a pipe. CONSTITUTION:Granular powder 11 is put into a silo together with cleaning fine particles 12 to be stirred and mixed by a stirer 2, and then fed into a transport pipe 6 through a connecting pipe 9 by rotation of a rotary valve 10. The granular powder to be adhered to the inner wall surface of the transport pipe is knocked down by the cleaning fine particles, whereby the adhered granular powder is kept from forming a layer. Since fine particles having large hardness, which are adapted to clean the inner wall surface of a transport pipe for transporting granular powder by air, are supplied to the transport pipe together with the granular powder, even if granular powder has a strong adhesion, the granular powder adhered to the inner wall surface of the pipe will not form a piled layer thereof.
