Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a métodos, aparatos y sistemas para examinar, analizar y seleccionar microorganismos a partir de comunidades heterogéneas complejas, que predicen e identifican relaciones e interacciones funcionales de las mismas, y que sintetizan agrupaciones microbianas con base en las mismas. También se describen métodos para identificar y determinar la cuenta celular absoluta de tipos y cepas de microorganismos, junto con la identificación de las relaciones de red entre microorganismos activos y parámetros ambientales.
