Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un complejo caracterizado porque comprende un núcleo de nano partículas acoplado a una pluralidad de complejos antígeno -MHC de clase II (pMCHCIIs), el núcleo de nanopartículas comprende hierro o un óxido de hierro y tiene un diámetro de 5 nm a 25 nm, en donde el antígeno es un antígeno relevante para una enfermedad autoinmune y en donde el número de pMCIIs acopladas por área superficial de la nanopartícula es de 0.4 pMCH/100 nm2 a 5 Pmhc/100 nm2, en donde los pMHCIIs están acoplados a un extremo funcionalizado con maleímida de un enlazador de plietilenglicol (PEG) que tiene un peso molecular inferior a 5 kDa, en donde un extremo no funcionalizado con maleimida del enlazador de polietilenglicol (PEG) está acoplado al núcleo de nanopartúclas, y el extremo no funcionalizado con maleimida comprende un alcoxi, un alquilo, alquilo-amida.alquilo, alquilo-+ester-alquilo, alquilo-amida, alquilo-ácido o alquilo-éster, en donde el complejo diferencia una célula T activa o una célula T de memoria en una célula TRI que produce IL-10
