Abstract

Un objeto de la presente invención es proveer una preparación farmacéutica compactada que tiene un excelente efecto de enmascaramiento de reducir un sabor desagradable provocado por un fármaco ácido y es capaz de mantener establemente una buena sensación de ingestión sin reducir el efecto de enmascaramiento en el sabor desagradable con el tiempo; una preparación farmacéutica compactada de la presente invención que logra el objeto anterior se caracteriza por que contiene partículas revestidas obtenidas al aplicar una película de un polímero soluble en los intestinos a partículas de núcleo que contienen un fármaco ácido, un polímero soluble en jugo gástrico, un polímero insoluble en agua, y un polímero soluble en agua.
