Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a anticuerpos que se unen al receptor de prolactina (PRLR) y métodos para utilizar los mismos. De acuerdo a ciertas modalidades, los anticuerpos de la descripción se unen al PRLR humano con alta afinidad. En ciertas modalidades, la descripción incluye anticuerpos que se unen al PRLR y bloquean la señalización de células mediada con prolactina. En otras modalidades, la descripción incluye anticuerpos que se unen al PRLR pero que no bloquean la señalización de células mediada con prolactina. Los anticuerpos de la descripción pueden ser anticuerpos completamente humanos. La descripción incluye anticuerpo anti-PRLR conjugados con un agente citotóxico, radionúclido, u otra fracción nociva para el crecimiento o proliferación celular. Los anticuerpos de la descripción son útiles para el tratamiento de varios canceres, así como otras enfermedades relacionadas con el PRLR.
