Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una molécula de anticuerpo biespecífico (monoclonal) con un primer dominio de unión que se enlaza a un antígeno sobre células T CD8+ que no se presenta naturalmente en y/o sobre las células T CD8+ y un segundo dominio de unión que se enlaza a un antígeno específico de tumor que se presenta naturalmente sobre la superficie de una célula tumoral. Las moléculas de anticuerpos biespecíficos (monoclonal) son particularmente útiles en combinación con células T CD8+ transducidas que comprenden un antígeno que no se presenta naturalmente en y/o sobre las células T CD8+ y/o un receptor de célula T. La invención proporciona el uso de dichas moléculas de anticuerpos (biespecíficos) como un medicamento, las moléculas de anticuerpos (biespecíficos) para su uso en un método para el tratamiento de enfermedades particulares así como una composición farmacéutica/medicamento que comprende dichas moléculas de anticuerpos (biespecíficos), en donde dichas moléculas de anticuerpos (biespecíficos) se administran en combinación con células T CD8+ transducidas que comprenden un antígeno que no se presenta naturalmente en y/o sobre las células T CD8+ y/o un receptor de célula T en un régimen de tratamiento específico. Son aspectos adicionales de la invención las secuencias de ácido nucleico que codifican para dichas moléculas de anticuerpos biespecíficos (monoclonal), vectores, células huésped, métodos para la producción de la molécula de anticuerpo (biespecífico) así como un equipo que comprende la molécula de anticuerpo (biespecífico) de la invención.
