Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un conjugado de polímero que contiene ciclodextrina (CDP)-inhibidor de topoisomerasa para usarse en un método de tratamiento de cáncer en un individuo, en donde el método comprende: proveer una administración inicial de dicho conjugado de CDP-inhibidor de topoisomerasa a dicho individuo a una dosificación de 12 mg/m2, 13 mg/m2, 14 mg/m2 o 15 mg/m2, en donde dicho dosificación se expresa en mg de inhibidor de topoisomerasa, en oposición a mg de conjugado; y proveer más de una administración subsecuente de dicho conjugado de CDP-inhibidor de topoisomerasa a una dosificación de 12 mg/m2, 13 mg/m2, 14 mg/m2 o 15 mg/m2, en donde cada administración subsecuente se proporciona, independientemente, entre 12, 13, 14, 15 o 16 días después de la administración preveía: en donde el método comprende administrar dicho conjugado de CDP-inhibidor de topoisomerasa en combinación con uno o más agentes terapéuticos adicionales: en donde el conjugado de CDP-inhibidor de topoisomerasa es un conjugado de CDP-camptotecina ; y en donde le conjugado de CDP-camptotecina es CRLX101.
