Abstract
Un proceso para fabricar películas de fluoropolímeros que comprenden un material compuesto de fluoropolímero híbrido orgánico/inorgánico, donde dicho proceso comprende los siguientes pasos: (i) proveer una mezcla de: - por lo menos un fluoropolímero [polímero (F)]; - por lo menos un compuesto metálico [compuesto (M)] con la fórmula: X4-mAYm donde m es un número entero entre 1 y 4, A es un metal que se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en Si, Ti y Zr, Y es un grupo hidrolizable y X es un grupo hidrocarburo, que opcionalmente comprende uno o más grupos funcionales; - un medio líquido que consiste esencialmente en por lo menos un líquido iónico (IL) y, opcionalmente, por lo menos un aditivo (A); - opcionalmente, por lo menos una sal electrolítica (ES); y - opcionalmente, por lo menos un solvente orgánico (S); (ii) hidrolizar y/o policondensar dicho compuesto (M) para obtener una mezcla líquida que comprende un material compuesto de fluoropolímero híbrido orgánico/inorgánico que comprende dominios inorgánicos e incorporar dicho medio líquido; (iii) tratar una película que se obtiene de la mezcla líquida que se obtiene en el paso (ii); y (iv) secar y luego, opcionalmente, curar la película que se obtiene en el paso (iii) para obtener la película de fluoropolímero. También, la película de fluoropolímero que se obtiene con dicho proceso y el uso de dicha película de fluoropolímero en dispositivos electroquímicos y foto-electroquímicos.
