Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo de soldadura ultrasónica para soldar conductores eléctricos para producir un nudo entre los conductores, el cual comprende un espacio de compresión (18) para recibir los conductores el cual se delimita periféricamente mediante dos superficies de trabajo que delimitan el espacio de compresión en lados opuestos y dos superficies delimitadoras laterales que se extienden transversales a las superficies de trabajo y los lados restantes están abiertos, siendo que una de las superficies de trabajo es una sección de un sonotrodo (16) del dispositivo de soldadura electrónica que se puede excitar para dar oscilaciones ultrasónicas y la otra superficie de trabajo es una sección de un contra-electrodo (36), y al menos las superficies de trabajo están estructuradas, siendo que en al menos una zona de salida del espacio de compresión la superficie de trabajo del contra-electrodo tiene una elevación (62, 64) que en sección tiene forma de arco y se extiende en dirección de la superficie de trabajo del sonotrodo la cual se extiende transversal al eje longitudinal (28) que atraviesa los lados abiertos del espacio de compresión. Para sobre toda la longitud de los conductores que se extienden en el espacio de compresión producir un nudo de alta resistencia sin que se presenten cargas indeseadas se propone que la superficie de trabajo del sonotrodo (16) en su zona que en proyección de la elevación se extiende perpendicular al plano desplegado por la superficie de trabajo del sonotrodo comprende al menos un rebajo que se extiende al menos por secciones a lo largo de la elevación.
