Abstract

The absorbent core (31) includes a first low basis weight region (41) extending in the width direction between the excretion-portion abutting region and the rear region, a second low basis weight region (42) extending in the front-back direction along a center line passing through a center of the rear region in the width direction, and a longitudinal pressed portion (88) extending in the front-back direction along the center line in the rear region. The absorbent core in the excretion-portion abutting region has a basis weight higher than a basis weight of both the first low basis weight region and the second low basis weight region. The second low basis weight region is connected to the first low basis weight region. The longitudinal pressed portion is disposed at least partially in the second low basis weight region. Fig. 1
