resumo patente de invenção: "dispositivo de soldagem por ultrassom e processo para a soldagem de condutores elétricos". dispositivo de soldagem por ultrassom para a soldagem de condutores elétricos para a produção de um nó entre os condutores, incluindo um espaço de compressão (18) para a recepção dos condutores, o qual está delimitado perifericamente por duas áreas de trabalho que delimitam o espaço de compressão em lados opostos e por duas áreas de delimitação lateral que correm transversalmente às áreas de trabalho e os lados restantes ficam abertos, sendo que uma das áreas de trabalho é uma seção de um sonotrodo (16), excitável em vibração de ultrassom, do dispositivo de soldagem por ultrassom e a outra área de trabalho é uma seção de um contraeletrodo (36) e pelo menos as áreas de trabalho encontram-se estruturadas, sendo que em pelo menos uma região de saída do espaço de compressão a área de trabalho do contraeletrodo apresenta uma elevação (62, 64) com uma seção em forma de arco que corre transversalmente ao eixo longitudinal (28), que atravessa os lados abertos, do espaço de compressão para produzir um nó de alta resistência por todo o comprimento dos condutores, sem que ocorram esforços indesejáveis, propõe-se que a área de trabalho do sonotrodo (16), em sua região que corre em projeção da elevação, perpendicularmente ao plano estendido pela área de trabalho do sonotrodo, apresente pelo menos um rebaixo que corra, ao menos em seções, ao longo da elevação.
