Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a métodos para predecir si una muestra contiene o no Escherichia coli enterohemorrágica (EHEC) de al menos uno de los serotipos 0157: [H7], 0145: [H28], 0103: [H2], 0111: [H8], 0121: [H19], 026: [H11], 045: [H2] o 0104: [H4] de EHEC, y para identificar los serotipos, a través de la detección del genes espK en asociación con al menos uno de los marcadores genéticos Z1151, Z1153, Z1154, Z1155, Z1156, Z6065, Z2098, ureD o espV y/o a través de la detección de las secuencias CRISPR serotipo-específicas. El método comprende realizar una análisis de PCR a dicha muestra o ADN aislado de la mima con una combinación de cebadores dirigidos a dichas secuencias CRISPR.
