Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Nachweisen von Erwinia amylovora in einer Probe, indem eine oder mehrere Erwinia amylovora-Sequenzen in der Probe unter Anwendung der LAMP-Methode mittels für diese Sequenz(en) spezifischer Primer amplifiziert und gegebenenfalls mit bekannten Sequenzen verglichen werden, mit dem Kennzeichen, dass als Referenzsequenz die genomische Sequenz der Basen 378996 bis 1379215 des Erwinia amylovora-Genoms, die für das hypothetische Protein AMY1267 des Stamms Ea273 kodiert, wie in Seq.-ID Nr. 1 dargelegt, verwendet wird und der aus den Seq.-ID Nrn. 2 bis 7 bestehende Satz spezifischer LAMP-Primer zur Amplifikation eingesetzt wird.
