Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato para deshidratar material orgánico, que comprende: (a) una cámara de vacío; (b) un generador de microondas; (c) una ventana transparente a microondas para la transmisión de radiación de microondas desde el generador de microondas hacia la cámara de vacío; y caracterizado por (d) medios para soplar una corriente de gas en la cámara de vacío a través de la ventana.
