Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir un polipéptido y/o virus de interés en un cultivo de células continuo, el método comprende cultivar células de mamífero que expresan el polipéptido y/o virus de interés en un sistema de cultivo de células continuo, el cual comprende un dispositivo de retención de células, en donde el sistema de cultivo de células tiene una velocidad de dilución (D) de menos de aproximadamente 2d-1, y una densidad de células de menos de aproximadamente 2x107 célula/ml; y recuperar el polipéptido y/o virus de interés a partir del medio del sistema de cultivo de células.
