Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una zapata polar, en particular de un generador, que comprende un ensamble de polos (4), que es de una configuración laminada, por lo menos un bobinado (6), el cual está dispuesto alrededor del ensamble de polos (4), y un cuerpo (7), que atraviesa el ensamble de polos laminado (4) en su dirección longitudinal (A) y que tiene un número varios puntos de sujeción orientados transversalmente, preferiblemente como máximo tres puntos de sujeción orientados transversalmente, en los cuales un medio de soporte (8) puede engancharse respectivamente, para sujetar la zapata polar sobre una base (9), en particular el rotor o el estator de un generador. La presente invención se refiere también a una zapata polar, en particular de un generador, que comprende un ensamble de polos (4), que es de una configuración laminada, por lo menos un bobinado (6), el cual está dispuesto alrededor del ensamble de polos (4) y un medio da aislamiento (5), el cual está dispuesto entre el ensamble de polos (4) y el bobinado (6), en donde el medio da aislamiento (5) comprende un material compuesto de fibras, y en donde el medio da aislamiento (5) produce una unión adhesiva entre el ensamble de polos (4) y el bobinado (6). La presente invención se refiere también a una zapata polar, en particular de un generador, con un ensamble de polos (4), que es de configuración laminada, por lo menos un bobinado (6), que está dispuesto alrededor del ensamble de polos (4), y por lo menos una pieza de extremo (1), que es proporcionada en por lo menos un extremo del ensamble de polos (4) en su dirección longitudinal (A) entre el ensamble de polos (4) y el bobinado (6), en donde la pieza de extremo (1) tiene bordes redondeados, para crear una transición libre de bordes entre la pieza de extremo (1) y el ensamble de polos (4) para el bobinado.
