Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir una composición de material que comprende una muestra de células vivas en un glóbulo que contiene agarosa, en el cual dicho glóbulo está revestido con agarosa, que comprende: (a) mezcla runa primera muestra de agarosa con dicha muestra de células vivas para formar una suspensión; (b) mover dicha suspensión a una primera muestra de aceite mineral, para formar un glóbulo a partir de dicha suspensión; (c) retirar dicho glóbulo a partir de dicha primera muestra de aceite mineral; (d) enjuagar el aceite mineral a partir de dicho glóbulo; ( e) mover dicho glóbulo con una herramienta de trompeta a una segunda solución de agarosa; (f) revestir dicho glóbulo con dicha segunda solución de agarosa, (g) retirar dicho glóbulo a partir de dicha segunda solución de agarosa con una herramienta de popote, y (h) dispensar dicho glóbulo revestido en una segunda muestra de aceite mineral, en donde dicha muestra de aceite mineral se mantiene a un gradiente de temperatura de manera que dicho glóbulo se mueva a lo largo de una trayectoria desde una ubicación en el aceite mineral que está a una temperatura más alta de aproximadamente 20°C hasta aproximadamente 30°C hasta una ubicación en el aceite mineral a una temperatura más baja de aproximadamente 0°C hasta aproximadamente -8°C.
