Abstract

Un proceso para producir un monómero de (met)acrilato de uretano que tiene un bajo índice de acidez y un bajo contenido de una impureza de alto peso molecular difícilmente soluble, que se reticulan altamente de forma dimensional, que comprende los pasos de: (1) poner en contacto una primera solución que contiene un monómero de (met)acrilato de uretano que tiene un índice de acidez de más de 0.2 mgKOH/g y un solvente orgánico a un adsorbente que contiene agua capaz de adsorber un componente ácido para obtener una segunda solución que contiene un monómero de (met)acrilato de uretano que tiene un índice de acidez de no más de 0.2 mgKOH/g, el solvente orgánico y más de 5,000 ppm (en masa) de agua en base al monómero de (met)acrilato de uretano; (2) poner en contacto la segunda solución con un agente deshidratante para obtener una tercera solución que contiene no más de 5,000 ppm (en masa) de agua en base al monómero de (met)acrilato de uretano; y (3) remover el solvente orgánico de la tercera solución.
