Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso de producción de celulasas por una cepa de un hongo filamentoso, en un biorreactor agitado y ventilado, que comprende al menos dos etapas de crecimiento: - la primera etapa de crecimiento en la presencia de al menos un sustrato carbonoso de crecimiento en la fase por lotes con una concentración en el sustrato carbonoso de crecimiento comprendido entre 10 y 80 g/l, - una segunda etapa de crecimiento y de producción en la presencia de al menos un sustrato carbonoso inductor en la fase por lotes de alimentación en la presencia de un flujo limitante de la fuente del carbono comprendido entre 50 y 140 mg por gramo de las células y por hora.
