Abstract
La présente invention porte sur un procédé de production d'enzymes par une souche appartenant à un champignon filamenteux, qui comprend trois étapes : (a) une première étape de croissance de biomasse, en présence d'au moins un substrat carboné de croissance, dans un bioréacteur agité (1) et aéré en phase batch, (b) une deuxième étape de dilution du milieu de culture obtenu à la première étape (a), (c) une troisième étape de production d'enzymes à partir du milieu de culture dilué obtenu à la deuxième étape (b), en présence d'au moins un substrat carboné inducteur, en phase fed-batch.
