Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un organismo huésped que contiene ácidos nucleicos recombinantes que codifica el complejo de reductasa de vitamina K subunidad 1 (KVORC1) y ácidos nucleicos recombinantes que codifican una proteína dependiente de vitamina K (VKD), en donde tanto el VKORC1 recombinante como la proteína VKD recombinante son expresados en tal organismo huésped. Además, la presente invención se refiere a un sistema de cultivo celular que comprende células que contienen tales ácidos nucleicos recombinantes y métodos para mejorar la productividad de expresión de proteína VKD recombinante en un organismo huésped que es cultivado en sistemas adecuados.
