Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al uso de una composición grasa para mantener una palatabilidad mejorada de un alimento para animales domésticos en el tiempo, en el que dicha composición grasa tiene una relación en peso de ácidos grasos C12:0/C10:0 de alrededor de 0.85 a alrededor de 2.5 y/o una relación en peso de ácidos grasos C14:0/C12:0 de alrededor de 0.45 a alrededor de 4.3; la presente invención se refiere, además, al uso de dicha composición grasa para preparar otras composiciones grasas que mantienen una palatabilidad mejorada, así como también a alimentos para animales domésticos, todas las composiciones y alimentos tienen una palatabilidad mejorada que se mantiene en el tiempo.
