Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para la producción de un bioproducto sólido caracterizado porque al menos 80% del contenido de oligosacárido indigerible original se ha degradado en mono-y disacáridos digeribles, que comprenden las siguientes etapas: 1) proporcionar una mezcla de biomasa molida o en hojuelas o de otra forma desintegrada, que comprende oligosacáridos y opcionalmente polisacáridos, y que además comprende partes de plantas proteináceas, agua y una o más preparaciones de enzima que contiene a-galactosidasas; 2) hacer reaccionar la mezcla que resulta de la etapa (1) bajo mezclado continuo y bajo condiciones donde el contenido de agua en la mezcla inicial no excede 65% en peso, durante 0.15-36 horas a una temperatura de alrededor de 20-65°C ; 3) incubar la mezcla reaccionada d ela etapa (2) a una temperatura y en un periodo de tiempo que inactive las a-galactosidasas.
