Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un método para producir cloruro de hidrógeno de alta pureza, que comprende las etapas de: purificar cada uno de hidrógeno crudo y cloro crudo como materias primas a una pureza de 99.999% o superior; hacer reaccionar una cantidad molar en exceso del hidrógeno purificado con el cloro purificado a una temperatura que varía de 1,200 °C a 1,400 °C para sintetizar cloruro de hidrógeno; convertir el cloruro de hidrógeno a un estado líquido por compresión; y purificar el cloruro de hidrógeno y separar el hidrógeno sin reaccionar por destilación fraccionada. La invención también proporciona un sistema para llevar a cabo el método. De acuerdo con el método y sistema, puede proporcionarse un proceso de producción ambientalmente favorable, el cual puede producir fácilmente una gran cantidad de cloruro de hidrógeno que tiene una pureza de 3 N (99.9%) - 6 N (99.9999%) en una forma rentable, y hace posible que el consumo de energía se reduzca significativamente.
