Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un dispositivo (1) para la producción de atados (2), en el cual envases (3) son transformados mediante separación en carriles de una corriente amplia de envases en una pluralidad de corrientes de envases de un solo carril (4.1 y 4.2), comprendiendo una alimentación de envases de uno o varios carriles o carriles de envases de uno o varios carriles (4.1 y 4.2), al menos una estrella principal (12) de un transportador de estrella (5), rotando sobre un eje central, teniendo al menos un elemento de aplicación (8) en la región del transportador de estrella (5), por medio del cual se puede aplicar al menos un adhesivo o pegamento y/o al menos una aplicación de adhesivo o pegamento sobre o en el envase (3). Se prevé al menos un transportador de estrella (5) para cada una de las corrientes de envases (4.1 y 4.2), teniendo la respectiva estrella principal (12) del respectivo transportador de estrella (5) una pluralidad de guías (6) de pie y/o de guías de cabeza (7) para los envases (3), y previéndose directamente después de la estrella principal (12) o después de un dispositivo de salida (13) una unidad de separación y/o de compactación o una trayectoria de separación y/o de compactación (22) para agrupar y compactar y para prensar temporalmente un número definido de envases (3), por medio del cual los envases (3) son combinados corriente abajo del transportador de estrella (5) para formar el atado y continuar su transporte.
