Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición nutricional completa que comprende entre 104 y 1010 unidades formadoras de colonia (CFU) de la cepa Bifidobacterium longum NCC 2705 (CNCM-I2618) por gramo de composición seca, para usarse para reducir los síntomas de alergias que se originan del alérgeno de los alimentos en un niño pequeño por debajo de la edad de 3 años, en donde la composición está adaptada para ser administrable a un niño pequeño por debajo de la edad de 3 años que ha experimentado al menos un episodio de una reacción alérgica de un alérgeno de los alimentos seleccionado del grupo que consiste de proteína de la leche, proteína de huevo, proteína del trigo, un cereal, un vegetal, una fruta, una nuez o pescado.
