Abstract

En un proceso, una porción de un flujo de mezcla líquida se vaporiza para producir un vapor y un flujo agotado de líquido. Se introduce el vapor a una salmuera que está adaptada para absorber exotérmicamente uno o más componentes del vapor y se extrae calor para producir por lo menos un flujo de calor y un flujo de salmuera que está enriquecida en el componente o los componentes. Se transfiere el calor previamente extraído para impulsar la vaporización. Esta transferencia de calor está asociada con el cambio de un fluido de trabajo de un estado gaseoso a un estado líquido. La extracción de calor involucra el cambio del fluido de trabajo del estado líquido al estado gaseoso.
