Abstract
Modułowy przenośny układ odparowalnikowy do stosowania we wspomaganych parą układach drenażu grawitacyjnego (SAGD) posiada odparowalnik ze zbiornikiem ściekowym mającym przelew do zgarniania oleju oraz krótkorurowy pionowy wymiennik ciepła mający zewnętrzny płaszcz, który jest zaopatrzony w krótkie rury, aby obniżyć poziom recyrkulacji wody. Układ ponadto jest wyposażony, na zewnątrz odparowalnika, w sprężarkę sprężającą odparowaną parę z bocznych rur wymiennika ciepła, zbiornik destylatu do zbierania gorącej wody destylowanej, pompę recyrkulacyjną do wprowadzania cieczy ze zbiornika ściekowego do wymiennika ciepła oraz zewnętrzny odmgławiacz zabezpieczający sprężarkę przed zanieczyszczeniami ciekłymi. Układ odparowalnikowy otrzymuje wytworzoną wodę z procesu do zbiornika ściekowego i dostarcza oczyszczoną gorąca wodę do kotła.
