Abstract
Un método y sistema para recuperar aceite se utiliza en un sistema de ciclo Rankie orgánico (ORC) para recuperar aceite de un evaporador del sistema de ORC y regresar el aceite a un colector de aceite. El sistema de ORC incluye un evaporador, una turbina, un condensador y una bomba, y está configurada para circular un refrigerante a través del sistema ORC. El sistema de recuperación de aceite incluye una línea de recuperación configurada para remover una mezcla de aceite y refrigerante del evaporador. La mezcla de aceite y refrigerante pasa a través de un intercambiador de calor con el fin de vaporizar refrigerante líquido en la mezcla y producir una mezcla de aceite y refrigerante vaporizado. Una línea de suministro está configurada para suministrar la mezcla de aceite y refrigerante vaporizado a la turbina, en cuyo punto el aceite puede separarse del refrigerante vaporizado y reciclarse de regreso al colector de aceite.
