Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para detectar un analito en una muestra que comprende: a) contactar dicha muestra con un soporte sólido y un compuesto activador conjugado, en donde dicho soporte sólido comprende un compuesto quimioluminiscente y una primera parte de enlace específica para el analito, en donde dicho compuesto quimioluminiscente comprende una porción quimioluminiscente de aciertan y una porción de enlace que enlaza la porción quimioluminiscente de aciertan al soporte sólido, y dicho compuesto activador conjugado comprende una enzima de peroxidasa conjugada a una segunda parte de enlace específica para el analito. b) permitir que el analito se enlace a dicha primera parte de enlace específica y a dicha segunda parte de enlace específica formando de este modo un compuesto activador conjugado enlazado: c) después del paso b) contactar dicho compuesto activador conjugado enlazado con una solución activadora que comprende un compuesto de peróxido y compuesto activador para de este modo activar dicho compuesto quimiluminiscente y producir quimioluminiscencia; d) detectar la quimiluminiscente producida en el paso c) detectando de este modo el analito.
