Abstract

Una unidad de iluminación para un faro, en particular un faro de vehículo motorizado, que consiste en una pluralidad de fuentes de luz (1), una unidad de guías de luz (2) que tiene una pluralidad de guías de luz (3), y una lente de proyección corriente abajo que tiene un plano focal (E), en donde cada guía de luz (3) tiene respectivamente una superficie de desacoplamiento de luz (4), en donde a.) las superficies de desacoplamiento de luz (4) de por lo menos dos guías de luz adyacentes (3) están desviadas una con respecto a la otra con relación al plano focal (E), y/o b.) por lo menos dos guías de luz (3) mutuamente adyacentes, en cada caso, hacen contacto entre sí a lo largo de una extensión (b y b') una región de contacto (12), en donde las respectivas extensiones (b y b') se desvían una de la otra, medidas con relación al plano focal (E).
