Abstract
Un procedimiento de producción de perlas expandidas de resina a base de polipropileno incluye una etapa de dispersión, una primera etapa de expansión y una segunda etapa de expansión. En la etapa de dispersión, las partículas de resina se dispersan en un medio de dispersión, incluyendo cada una de las partículas de resina una capa central que contiene negro de humo mezclado en una resina a base de polipropileno en una relación predeterminada con respecto a 100 partes en masa de la resina a base de polipropileno y una capa de cobertura, que cubre la capa central, que contiene negro de humo mezclado en una resina a base de poliolefina en una relación predeterminada con respecto a 100 partes en masa de la resina a base de poliolefina. En la primera etapa de expansión, la capa central de cada partícula de resina se expande para obtener una perla expandida de primera etapa que tiene una relación de densidad volumétrica de 5 a 25 veces. En la segunda etapa de expansión, las perlas expandidas de primera etapa se expandieron aún más para obtener perlas expandidas. Una relación M2/M1 de una relación de densidad volumétrica M2 de las perlas expandidas respecto una relación de densidad volumétrica M1 de las perlas expandidas de primera etapa es de 1.2 a 3.0.
