Claims (6)
- 気泡を内包するシール材用発泡ゴム成形体であって、前記気泡は少なくとも一部が発泡
剤により形成されており、前記気泡として、相対的に大径の気泡と、該大径の気泡よりも
小径の気泡とを有し、各気泡がそれぞれ単独気泡として形成されており、前記大径の気泡
は気泡径が300〜500μmであり、前記小径の気泡は気泡径が50〜140μmであ
ることを特徴とするシール材用発泡ゴム成形体。 - 前記大径の気泡は、発泡剤又は中空体のうち少なくともいずれか一方により形成されて
おり、
前記小径の気泡は発泡剤の発泡により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載
のシール材用発泡ゴム成形体。 - 比重が0.3〜0.7であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシール材
用発泡ゴム成形体。 - 原料ゴムに、相対的に粒径の大きい発泡剤と、該粒径の大きい発泡剤よりも粒径の小さ
い発泡剤との、粒径の異なる2種類の発泡剤を混合し、該2種類の発泡剤を発泡させて、
相対的に大径の気泡と、該大径の気泡よりも小径の気泡とを、それぞれ単独気泡として形
成し、前記大径の気泡は気泡径が300〜500μmであり、前記小径の気泡は気泡径が
50〜140μmであることを特徴とするシール材用発泡ゴム成形体の製造方法。 - 前記発泡剤として、4,4´−オキシビスベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド(OBSH)
、アゾジカルボンアミド(ADCA)、及びN,N´−ジニトロソペンタメチレンテトラ
ミン(DPT)からなる群のうち1種または2以上を組み合わせて用いることを特徴とす
る請求項4に記載のシール材用発泡ゴム成形体の製造方法。 - 前記ゴム原料がエチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴムであり、
前記発泡剤としてOBSHを用いることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシール材用発泡
ゴム成形体の製造方法。
