Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método de conversión total y un dispositivo para producir hidrocarburos aromáticos ligeros a partir de diésel catalítico; la solución técnica de la presente invención comprende: someter un flujo de material de diésel catalítico a refinado de hidrogenación y separación de impurezas del mismo, luego someter la misma a una reacción de conversión selectiva y someter los hidrocarburos aromáticos mixtos resultantes a separación para que los hidrocarburos aromáticos ligeros como benceno-tolueno y xileno, y un hidrocarburo aromático de C9A, un hidrocarburo aromático de C10A y un aceite de cola pesado en el fondo de una torre se separen en secuencia; y el aceite de cola pesado en el fondo de la torre entra a un reactor selectivo posterior a la saturación, someterlo a una saturación de hidrogenación de alta selectividad en condiciones de baja temperatura y baja presión para obtener un producto que tiene un anillo de benceno, y luego devolver el mismo a un reactor de conversión selectiva; la presente invención logra la conversión completa de fracciones para producir hidrocarburos aromáticos ligeros a partir de un diésel catalítico, y tiene el efecto técnico de un rendimiento relativamente alto de hidrocarburos aromáticos monocíclicos, tal como benceno-tolueno, xileno, hidrocarburo aromático de C9A, y un hidrocarburo aromático de C10A.
