Abstract
В заявке описан способ получения синтез-газа из углеродсодержащего материала, включающий: (а) обеспечение смеси, включающей углеродсодержащий материал и жидкую среду; (b) воздействие на смесь высокой скорости сдвига в условиях газификации с получением потока, обработанного с высокой скоростью сдвига и включающего синтез-газ; и (с) отделение продукта, включающего синтез-газ, от потока, обработанного с высокой скоростью сдвига. В настоящей заявке описан также способ получения жидкого продукта. Способ включает получение дисперсии, включающей пузырьки газа, диспергированные в жидкой фазе в устройстве с высокой скоростью сдвига, причем средний диаметр пузырьков газа меньше чем примерно 1,5 мкм; приведение дисперсии в контакт с многофункциональным катализатором с получением жидкого продукта и выделение жидкого продукта. В одном из вариантов реализации изобретения жидкий продукт выбран из группы, состоящей из углеводородов С2+, кислородсодержащих соединений С2+ и их комбинаций.
