Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento de producción de un petróleo renovable enriquecido a partir de material(es) carbonosocarbonoso(s) renovable(s) que comprende proporcionar un petróleo crudo renovable que contiene oxígeno, que tiene un contenido de oxígeno dentro del intervalo de un 3,0 a un 20 % en peso, un contenido de agua menor que un 1,5 % en peso, un índice de acidez total dentro del intervalo de 5 a 80 mg de KOH/g, una fracción del petróleo que tiene un punto de ebullición por debajo de 350 ºC menor que un 70 % en peso, y una fracción residual que tiene un punto de ebullición por encima de 450 ºC de al menos un 10 % en peso, presurizar el petróleo crudo renovable que contiene oxígeno hasta una presión de operación dentro del intervalo de 6 a 20 MPa; añadir y mezclar hidrógeno con el petróleo crudo renovable que contiene oxígeno presurizado, poner en contacto la mezcla presurizada con al menos un catalizador heterogéneo presente en una primera zona de reacción a una temperatura de 260 a 350 ºC que tiene una velocidad espacial horaria basada en peso (WHSV) dentro del intervalo de 0,1 a 1 h-1, para producir un petróleo desoxigenado y parcialmente hidrogenado, separar agua, gas y opcionalmente una fracción de bajo punto de ebullición del petróleo desoxigenado y parcialmente hidrogenado de la primera zona de reacción, calentar el petróleo desoxigenado y parcialmente hidrogenado de la primera de zona de reacción a una temperatura dentro del intervalo de 350 a 400 ºC, poner en contacto el petróleo desoxigenado y parcialmente hidrogenado con al menos un catalizador heterogéneo en una segunda zona de reacción a una temperatura de 350 a 400 ºC a una velocidad espacial horaria basada en peso (WHSV) dentro del intervalo de 0,1 a 1,5 h-1, separar el producto de la segunda zona de reacción para dar lugar a al menos una fracción gaseosa, una fracción acuosa, una fracción de hidrocarburos líquidos renovables de bajo punto de ebullición y una fracción de hidrocarburos líquidos renovables de alto punto de ebullición, poner en contacto la fracción de bajo punto de ebullición de la segunda zona de reacción con hidrógeno y uno o más catalizadores heterogéneos a una temperatura dentro del intervalo de 350 a 390 ºC en una tercera zona de reacción que tiene una velocidad espacial basada en peso dentro del intervalo de 0,1 a 1 h-1, produciendo de este modo una primera corriente de producto y poner en contacto la fracción de petróleo de alto punto de ebullición con hidrógeno y uno o más catalizadores heterogéneos a una temperatura dentro del intervalo de 360-420 ºC en una cuarta zona de reacción que tiene una velocidad espacial basada en peso dentro del intervalo de 0,1 a 1 h-5 1, produciendo de este modo una segunda corriente de producto.
