Abstract

La presente invención se refiere al campo de los documentos de seguridad y su protección contra la falsificación y la reproducción ilegal y se refiere al campo de los procesos de impresión en huecograbado para la impresión de dichos documentos de seguridad. En particular, la presente invención se refiere a tintas de huecograbado curables por radiación adecuadas para imprimir en huecograbado un patrón o imagen, en donde dicha impresión en huecograbado comprende limpiar el exceso de tinta con un cilindro de limpieza polimérico y limpiar dicho cilindro con una solución de limpieza acuosa alcalina. Las tintas de huecograbado curables por radiación divulgadas comprenden uno o más compuestos curables por radiación, en donde al menos uno de dichos uno o más compuestos curables por radiación es un oligómero de (met)acrilato de poliéster de ácido graso; uno o más fotoiniciadores; y un tensioactivo alquídico modificado con ácido de alto peso molecular y/o un tensioactivo de ácido alquilareno sulfónico; una o más cargas o extensores.
