Abstract
Un tapón de elastómero termoplástico que cumple con las propiedades de material deseadas de un tapón para un conjunto de jeringa divulgado. La deformación permanente por compresión del tapón de elastómero termoplástico de la presente divulgación es = 50 % cuando se mide a una compresión del 25 % durante 22 horas a 70 grados C. La dureza del tapón de elastómero termoplástico de la presente divulgación es 40-70 Shore A. La viscosidad del tapón de elastómero termoplástico de la presente divulgación es = 70,0 Pa.s a una tasa de cizallamiento de 1.000 s-1, = 12,0 Pa.s a una tasa de cizallamiento de 10.000 s-1, y = 3,0 Pa.s a una tasa de cizallamiento de 50.000 s-1 cuando se mide utilizando un reómetro capilar a 205 grados C (Molde: Orificio Redondo de 20 mm de longitud/1 mm de diámetro/180 grados de entrada, Pistón: d = 15 mm, y tiempo de fusión = 7 min). El presente tapón sin lubricación exhibe el rendimiento funcional requerido de un tapón lubricado.
