Abstract
La presente divulgación se refiere a un procedimiento de preparación para un cristal de D-psicosa que contiene 98% (p/p) o más de D-psicosa y 0.05% (p/p) o menos de etanol basado en el 100% (p/p) del cristal entero. El procedimiento de preparación incluye una primera etapa de mezclado de una solución que contiene D-psicosa y un solvente orgánico, y una segunda etapa de adición de una semilla a la solución mixta de acuerdo con la primera etapa y, posteriormente, enfriamiento de la misma para obtener una masa cocida que contiene el cristal de D-psicosa. Por lo tanto, es posible aumentar el rendimiento del cristal de D-psicosa a partir de la solución del cristal de D-psicosa y preparar un cristal de D-psicosa de suficiente tamaño y forma adecuada para su uso en la producción en masa sin mal sabor/olor.
