Abstract
Un método de purificación y/o separación de glicopéptidos, y de cuantificación de estos. El método incluye poner en contacto una muestra que comprende glicopéptidos con un sustrato de enriquecimiento hidrofílico en condiciones que permitan que los glicopéptidos se unan al sustrato de enriquecimiento hidrofílico. Los glicopéptidos eluyen del sustrato de enriquecimiento hidrofílico con una solución de formiato de amonio y acetonitrilo (ACN) en agua para crear una muestra de glicopéptido enriquecida, que puede someterse a análisis para identificar glicopéptidos específicos.
