Abstract

La presente invención proporciona sistemas, métodos, dispositivos y equipos para la rápida identificación y cuantificación de un analito tal como un biomarcador de proteínas. En el inmunoensayo multiplexado de la presente invención, una pluralidad de anticuerpos de captura son unidos a una esfera o a una pluralidad de esferas para capturar y retener un biomarcador de una muestra tal como un lisado celular. La esfera, con un anticuerpo de captura particular unido a la misma, puede identificar el biomarcador capturado del lisado celular.
