Abstract

Algunas modalidades presentadas en la presente descripción se refieren a un sistema de disección de tejido automatizada (ATD). Un sistema ATD es un sistema integral, y potencialmente de bajo costo, para realizar disecciones en un sustrato de marca digital o marca de bolígrafo de patólogo en el sustrato usando un método sin contacto y/o mecánico para extraer una muestra de tejido incrustado en parafina fijado a formalina (FFPE) con: (a) solo la ROI o ROI como área que se va a guardar; y (b) remover o descomponer el contenido de ácido nucleico en la región no de interés (RONI) y recolectar toda la muestra de tejido de un sustrato de microscopio estándar en un recipiente específico.
