Abstract

Algunas implementaciones presentadas en esta divulgación se refieren a un sistema de disección automatizada de tejidos (ATD). Un sistema ATD es un sistema de ventanilla única y potencialmente de bajo costo para realizar disecciones en un sustrato desde la marca digital del patólogo o la marca de lápiz en el sustrato utilizando un método sin contacto y / o mecánico para extraer una muestra de tejido embebida en parafina fijada con formalina ( FFPE) muestra de tejido con: (a) solo la ROI o las ROI como área a guardar; y (b) eliminar o descomponer el contenido de ácido nucleico en la región sin interés (RONI) y recolectar toda la muestra de tejido de un sustrato de microscopio estándar en un recipiente específico.
