Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a métodos para controlar los procesos de hidroformilación para producir aldehídos normales (N) e iso (I) en una relación N: I. En un aspecto, un método para controlar un proceso de hidroformilación comprende poner en contacto una olefina con monóxido de carbono, hidrógeno y un catalizador, el catalizador comprende (A) un metal de transición, (B) una monofosfina y (C) una tetrafosfina que tiene la estructura descrita en este documento, el contacto se lleva a cabo en una o más zonas de reacción y en condiciones de hidroformilación para producir una mezcla de aldehídos normales (N) e iso (I) en una relación N: I, el método comprende al menos uno de aumentar la relación N: I añadiendo tetrafosfina adicional a una zona de reacción; disminuir la relación N: I añadiendo monofosfina adicional a una zona de reacción; o aumentar la relación N: I por volatilización de la monofosfina libre.
