Abstract

La presente solicitud hace referencia a un dispositivo para la guía lateral de una banda metálica (1, 13) que se desplaza entre dos cajas de laminación (2, 3, 8, 9) de un tren de laminación a través de un elevador de bucle (4,12). El dispositivo comprende al menos un módulo de cuerpo base (14) con un plano de guía (15), así como múltiples cuerpos de desgaste (18, 19, 20) con superficie de desgaste (21, 22, 23) que pueden girar en múltiples posiciones de rotación. Entre una de las cajas de laminación (2, 3, 8, 9) y el elevador de bucle están dispuestos respectivamente al menos dos cuerpos de desgaste (18, 19, 20); en donde, mirando en la dirección del elevador de bucle (4, 12), la superficie de la superficie de desgaste (21, 22, 23) de los cuerpos de desgaste (18, 19, 20) adyacentes se incrementa. Durante el funcionamiento de la instalación, al menos uno de los cuerpos de desgaste rota mientras la banda metálica (1, 13) avanza.
