Abstract
Se proporciona un nuevo compuesto de anillo aromático que puede tener una actividad agonista de GPR40 y una acción de secretagogo GLP-1. Un compuesto representado por la fórmula (I): (ver Fórmula) en donde cada símbolo es como se describe en la DESCRIPCIÓN o una de sus sales puede tener una actividad agonista de GPR40 y una acción de secretagogo GLP-1, puede ser de utilidad para la prevención o el tratamiento de cáncer, obesidad, diabetes, hipertensión, hiperlipidemia, insuficiencia cardíaca, complicaciones diabéticas, síndrome metabólico, sarcopenia, y similares y puede lograr una eficacia superior.
