Abstract
La invención se refiere a una herramienta (1) para rectificar o cortar dientes de herramientas de mecanizado fino, herramienta que permite reproducir exactamente, de manera simple, la geometría de sistema de dientes requerida en la herramienta de mecanizado fino que se va a rectificar o en la cual se van a cortar dientes. La herramienta (1) es anular y tiene un conjunto de dientes internos (9) cuyos dientes (10) se engranan, durante la operación de corte de diente o rectificado, con el conjunto de dientes externos de la herramienta de mecanizado fino en la cual se van a cortar los dientes o será rectificada. Al mismo tiempo, la herramienta (1) tiene un eje longitudinal central (L), que se extiende a través del punto central de la abertura (3) rodeada por la herramienta. De acuerdo con la invención, el conjunto de dientes internos (9) se forma ahora en un elemento de anillo (6), que tiene como máximo 5 mm de grosor y se produce a partir de un material de diamante. Los dientes (10) del conjunto de dientes internos (9) tienen bordes cortantes (11), por medio de los cuales dichos dientes eliminan material de la herramienta fina durante el proceso de corte de diente o mecanizado de rectificado. El elemento de anillo (6) está soportado por un anillo de soporte (2), en donde se proporciona al menos un elemento de soporte (5) asociado con la abertura de anillo de soporte (3) del anillo de soporte (2). El elemento de anillo (6) es soportado en dicho elemento de soporte. Los dientes (10) del conjunto de dientes internos (9) formados en el elemento de anillo (6) sobresalen más allá del borde del elemento de soporte (5) que mira a la abertura de anillo de soporte (3) al menos sobre parte de la longitud de los bordes cortantes (11) de dichos dientes en la dirección del eje longitudinal central (L) de la herramienta (1).
