Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método y con un dispositivo para el dentado de una rueda de trabajo (6) mediante descortezado con una rueda descortezadora (1) que tiene dientes cortantes (3), el dispositivo en cuestión teniendo un husillo de pieza de trabajo para la recepción de la rueda de trabajo (6) y un husillo de herramienta, el husillo de herramienta y el husillo de pieza de trabajo siendo posicionados relativo entre sí a un ángulo de cruce de ejes (a); el dentado se realiza en una serie de etapas sucesivas de mecanización (S1 a S20) en las cuales, con una componente de avance en la dirección del eje (10) de husillo de pieza de trabajo, los huecos entre dientes (7) son ahondados de manera progresiva; entre las etapas de mecanización la distancia axial entre el husillo de herramienta y el husillo de pieza de trabajo, así como un ángulo de giro (a1 a a19) de un punto fijo, por ejemplo el centro del hueco entredientes (7) ubicado entre un primero y un segundo flanco de diente (9, 9'), relativo a un punto fijo en el diente cortante (3), por ejemplo el centro de éste), se modifican de manera tal que una primera sección (5") de filo cortante del diente cortante (3) ataca en una sección de flanco de diente del primer flanco de diente (9) que fue producido en una etapa de mecanización anterior de manera tal que el arranque de viruta es al menos reducido relativo a otras secciones (5', 5''') de filo cortante de este diente cortante (3).
