Abstract

Un método de preparación de una emulsión de agua en aceite, que comprende la obtención de una mezcla de aceite y agente emulsionante, la adición progresiva a la mezcla de una solución acuosa de sal y la dispersión de la solución acuosa de sal en la mezcla. Se obtiene una emulsión concentrada de agua en aceite con gotas de la solución acuosa de sal (1) apretujadas en la fase de solución oleosa (2). La emulsión se agrega a agua y se mezcla para que la emulsión absorba el agua. Se controla la concentración de sal de la emulsión con respecto a la concentración de sal del agua. La divulgación incluye métodos de aglomeración de partículas hidrófobas finas de una lechada con una emulsión de agua en aceite, donde la emulsión se agrega a la lechada y se mezcla para que la emulsión absorba el agua de la lechada. Se controla la concentración de sal de la emulsión con respecto a la concentración de sal de la lechada.
